Abilities:
Cold Blood- Speed increases in Sunlight or when hit by Fire-Type Attack. Speed decreases in Hail or when hit by Ice type Attack.
Bloodlust- Attack and Speed increases when confused.

VILRANUS are known for their powerful bodies, so much so it has become popular to depict them attempting to knock over small cars. They are generally relaxed and calm creatures, however when hungry or provoked they'll attack indiscriminately. They are known to crash through boulders and knock down trees to reach their prey or aggressor. They are believed to have originated from the mainland but moved to Modo Island to escape their now extinct natural predators. They can be rarely seen on mainland except in captivity and Safari Zones but have been known to make the swim from their island to mainland in correspondence with the migration seasons of their favorite prey. This habit varies with individuals. Their closest known living relative is BOLDASH.
